I arrived on Thursday with my brother, cousins, and friends, but since most of interesting stuff happened on Friday and Saturday, I'll skip that day hahaha.
On Friday (around 11ish), me, my brother (Fatal40), and my cousin (reechaard) [they're both members here] were heading down to meet up with my other cousin and friends at that underground 505 place when we had our first SNSD encounter... As we were exiting the Wilshire, my brother spotted a short asian girl on her way to a white van. After getting a close look, he realized it was TAEYEON! *my 2nd favorite member XD* My heart suddenly jumped and drastically reached into my bag in search of my camera and Gee album. By the time I had my stuff ready, she had already boarded the van. *sadface* T_T
For the rest of the day, we just hung out at Little Tokyo while we anxiously waited for the Soshified meeting. ^^; At the meeting, we had lots of fun meeting and congregating with all the hardcore SNSD fans. It was fun waiting around for SNSD to come back from their rehearsal, especially that false alarm XD. Near the end of the night, I saw some people starting to head towards the escalator so I decided to follow and see what the commotion was about. When I got there, I started to feel faint. Right before me was my 2 favorite SNSD members! Jessica and TaeYeon!!! XD I quickly grabbed my camera, tried to reclaim my composure, and tried my best to get a clean shot of them. Unfortunately, they arent facing the camera in the picture, but that's okay lol. Gah, if I had been in the lower level a few minutes earlier I could have gotten my album signed! After wards, we decided to wait downstairs since the remaining members and possibly get their autographs. A little bit later, I see stunning beauty in a yellow outfit walking up the stairs! It was Yuri along with SeoHyun, SooYoung, HyoYeon, and Sunny! Unfortunately, they didnt have time to sign autographs so I just tried my best to get a picture of them. =[ None of the pictures turned out well, I think I'll get a new camera for next year lol. Anyways, after all the commotion of their arrival, we decided to just head back up stairs and call it a night.
The following day, we decided to wake up early and hang around the lobby area for a chance to maybe see SNSD and get their autographs. After waiting for a bit, I give my camera and album to my old brother and head over to the restroom for a quick break. While there, I decided to head over back to my room to pack the rest of my stuff (since we were supposed to check out of Wilshire by 12). After being in the restroom for a lil lol, I headed for the elevators and one quickly came to bring me to my floor. As it was about to close, 2 elderly ladies came running to make it to the same elevator as me so I held it for them. As they got on.. 2 more girls came running in... When I turned to look at the 2 other girls who had come inside too, my eyes grew.. It was SeoHyun and SooYoung!!!!!!!! I was petrified. I started looking through my pockets for a piece of paper or something for them to sign but I remembered that my brother had my album, sharpe, and camera
;;. SeoHyun was talking in Korean to SooYoung while in the elevator. Before their floor came up, I took another glance at SooYoung and we made eye contact and she made a smile. OMG she was sooo pretty and she wasnt even wearing much make up. I quickly tried to get a picture of them with my camera phone, but their floor came too soon and I lost my chance. T_T Right after that ordeal, my brother calls and I explain to him what had just happened and I head over to my room and start spazzing out on the Soshified shoutbox lol. XD After calming myself down, me and my cousin head over to the elevators to see if we could have another chance encounter with SNSD. As we boarded, I pressed Floor 6, just to see if anyone famous would hop on board ahahaha. When it stopped at 6, I see a familiar face.. SeoHyun again! Unfortunately, she didnt board the elevator since it looked like she was waiting for someone to go downstairs with her. Finally at the lobby, I find out from my brother that he just missed a chance to see Tiffany cuz he went to the restroom right before she arrived to sign autographs ;;. Before our checkout, we got to see Yuri, SeoHyun, and HyoYeon leaving the hotel to go somewhere and I got to take a picture of Son Ho Young. lols.Korean Music Festival 2009 Experience
I'm sure what I'd say is similar to what everyone would say about it so I'll keep it short haha. IT WAS FREAKIN AMAZING! A lot better than last year cuz I never got bored lol. (the old ppl from last year sorta bored me. this year, all the older artists were hyped ahaha) Too bad there were still some sound problems *ie TaeYeon's mic =[*
My favorite number of the night has gotta be 'You Raise Me Up'. That performance just left me in awe and in tears. That song is sooo special to me (not just cause Jessica came to join Lena Park in singing it). Me and my brother are both performers (he's a tenor vocalist and i'm a flautist) and that has gotta be the number 1 song that people request for their weddings and other special occasions. ^^ So yea, when I heard the intro for the song, I started jumping for joy, and when I saw Jessica coming on stage to sing with Lena, I literally almost had a heart attack ahaha.

Hopefully they could come again next year. I can't wait! If they do, I'll be more prepared and get a better camera ahaha. XD
